Cytec Coating Resins establishes new identity as 'Allnex'

The divestiture of the Coating Resins busi-ness of Cytec Industries to funds affiliated with Advent International was first an-nounced in October 2012 and completed on 3.April 2013. The adoption of the new name "Allhex" effective from 1 June 2013, is the first step towards establishing the company's new identity.
