The County Show must go on... (concluding part)

I saw our marquee manager serving the public on the 'Taste of Honey' stand....yes, with a 'mop' hat crowning his head (in keeping with the Food Hygiene recommendations), our County Treasurer there too at another busy time. Maggie Saffery and all her staff did a wonderful job. I saw 'fellers' helping with the candle rolling, with Wendy Ashley training the new assistants, and our Show Committee Treasurer moving around different locations, Denis Giles, manning the Observation Hives... as well as keepinga security eye on the exhibits, Brian Gant on 'Information' giving Chris and Beryl a break, and numerous people helping on the Honey Sales. Hey! this was some show, summed up by a well-respected senior beekeeper who remarked, "This is how the DBKA Showshould be." As the new Chairman, I could ask for nothing more, but all credit goes to the 'Team'.
