Microbial community and the analysis of microbiological processes insoddy-podzolic soil

摘要

Statistical analysis of a vast set of interdependent microbiological and soil-biochemical data made it possible to reveal the relationships between the components of a soil microbial community, as well as between particular microbial groups and soil properties. Thus, the structure and functions of the microbial ecosystem were investigated. This method helped us to assess the effects of different factors on the microbial ecosystem and soil microbiological processes.
