Dutch importer Frankort & Koning (F&K) will exhibit at Fruit Logistsca again this year with representatives set to attend from the company's Venfo-based headquarters as well as its subsidiaries in Poland and Austria. "The exhibition serves as a meeting point for everyone in the trade and it's so important to attend to meet new suppliers and strengthen contacts with existing partners," F&K commercial director Leon Van den Hombergh explains. Aside from the company's expansion into eastern Europe via new operations in Poland and Austria, F&K is focusing on expanding its imports from central and South America, which has already led to closer ties with Brazilian melon exporter Agricola Famosa in particular.
