In Paterson v Secretary of State for Environment Food and Rural Affairs and Oxfordshire County Council [2010] EWHC 394 (Admin), Brian Paterson, of Brookftelds, Lower Shiplake, near Henley-on-Thames, complained there was insufficient evidence of public use to justify allowing right-of-way alongside his house.
