ANOTHER RECORD-BREAKING SHOW! THE 27th ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION AND OLD EQUIPMENT EXPOSITION

The 27th Annual International Convention and Old Equipment Exposition was held September 14th through 16th at the National Construction Equipment Museum in Bowling Green, Ohio, For the first time, the HCEA hosted the National Show of the Antique Caterpillar Machinery Owners Club, and the grounds were graced by no less than 70 Cat machines. Antique Cat machinery was represented by 40 crawler tractors, five graders, five scrapers, four crawler loaders, two wheel loaders, three engines and generators, two sidebooms, and a bottom dump truck. As they did in 2009, Ohio CAT also graciously provided a gen set to power the Marion shovel and four light plants for use around the grounds, and they showed a new 420F loader/backhoe and 316E L back-hoe. The Ohio Operating Engineers Apprenticeship Fund donated the use of a TH63 telescopic handler.
