Draft of Indoor Air Quality Act Enforcement Ruies Preannounced

On 4 June 2012, the EPA preannounced the draft Indoor Air Quality Act Enforcement Rules, which will take effect in conjunction with the Indoor Air Quality Act on 23 November 2012.In order to effectively promote and administer the indoor Air Quality Act, the EPA has formulated enforcement rules according to Article 23 of the Act. Among other things, the rules stipulate the required items to be included in indoor air quality management plans, indications as to lengths of improvement periods, and the format to be used for written documents.
