'Ezz Steel becomes the second largest DRI producer worldwide and the largest in the Middle East'

Give us some updates on Ezz Steel's capacity expansion projects. As part of our ongoing expansion plans, Ezz Steel's latest project, which was commissioned in January of this year, is a new Direct Reduction Plant with a total capacity of 1.9 mtpy. It's located at Suez Governorate with a total investment cost of $550 million. With this addition to capacity, Ezz Steel becomes the second largest DRI producer worldwide and the largest in the Middle East region with 5.1 mtpy capacity.
