PRD commissions large diameter steel pipe manufacturing system for American cast iron pipe company's new subsidiary

Columbia, South Carolina, USA-Pacific Roller Die (PRD), a world leader in large diameter pipe manufacturing technology, recently commissioned their Spiral Weldseam Pipe manufacturing, testing, coating and lining systems for American Cast fron Pipe Company (ACIPCO). The order was placed by ACIPCO for their new subsidiary American Spiral Weld Pipe Company (ASWP) in Columbia, South Carolina.The state-of-the-art 150-acre facility was completed in July ahead of schedule and production started in August for a Tampa Bay water supply line.
