The Government's September announcement on changes to Parts F and L(ventilation and fuel conservation)of the Building Regulations has left the energy efficiency industry both angry and disappointed.The long awaited announcement was "silent on the key issues of building energy labelling,plant inspection,and the requirements for the training and accreditation of independent experts",said David Strong,Managing Director of BRE Environment in an unusually forthright statement.
