Canada's fourth and next integrated oil-sands project is on track for first steam in late 2006 and upgrader startup in mid-2007.At the Long Lake SAGD project,OPTI Canada Inc.,a 50-50 partner with Nexen Inc.,is building a gasification unit for its upgrader using its proprietary OrCrude~(TM) process.
