We've all been there -we design our Intel processor in a BGA package into a circuit, send it off to fab, get it back, plug it in, turn it on and what happens? Nothing. All the circuit traces are buried in a multi-layered board, the processor is in a BGA package so you can't use your trustworthy osciloscope to see what the pins are doing, and the net-list and schematic are unstable because management yanked the design from your death grip and sent it off to production before you had a chance to finalize or finish it. Now what do you do?
