We have studied the plane electromagnetic wavescattering at higher harmonics by system of two or four parallelthin metallic dipoles with a nonlinear local load (in the form of asemiconductor diode) placed in a free space as dependent on thedistance between scatters, the location and the direction ofnonlinear load. Also we considered the influence of an air-eidlectric boundary on the back scattered field of an oscillatorand loop with a semiconductor diode located near the interface.
