Reports from the XVI Ibero Latin American Congress of Dermatology Cartagena -Colombia, November 16-20, 2005

Cartagena is rich with the history of conquerors, colonists, pirates and buccaneers that each carried out attacks upon this heroic city. Walls, forts, narrow streets paved with stones, wooden balconies and small squares make up this exceptional city and are the silent witnesses to its history during the XVI, XVII, and XVIII centuries. The Congress took place in the Convention Center "Cartagena delndias" (Fig. i), inaugurated in 1982. Its 38,000 square meters of space provided generous accommodations for the meeting.
