摘要

Seven biorational insecticides viz., Bacillus thuringiensis, emamectin benzoate, chlorofenapyr, spinosad, Beauveria bassiana, neem and Verticillium lecani were evaluated in field condition against Leucinodes orbonalis (Guen.) during pre-kharif, 2012-13 at Instructional farm, Jaguli under faculty of Agriculture BCKV, with brinjal cv. "Muktakeshi Three foliar spray application of the chemicals were given at ISdays interval. The results revealed that out of seven biorational insecticides, spinosad 50 gma.i/ha gave the lowest (7.92-11.01%) shoot infestation and (11.92-12.98%) fruit infestation over control .The overall healthy fruit yield of (168.70 q/ha - 170.05 q/ha) recorded was significantly highest in spinosad 45 SC @50 gm a.i/ha treated plots onweight basis after each picking, compared to untreated control during both the seasons of field trail.
