State-owned duo PetroVietnam and Malaysia's Petronas has discovered oil off southern Vietnam. Tests at the Dong Do oil field showed an oil flow of 2,500 b/d, according to state reports quoting officials from the field's operator Lam Son Joint Operating Company.
