Venture moves on UK Stamford

Venture Production has unveiled plans for a possible fast-track development of the Stamford discovery in Block 49/10c in the Southern North Sea.Venture, which has just won the acreage in the 24th UK licensing round, has highlighted Stamford as a candidate for near-term development as either an extended reach well from the Markham J3c production platform or a short sub-sea tieback to Markham.
