Circle squares Morocco deal

Circle Oil's subsidiary Circle Oil Maroc Ltd (COML) has signed a Petroleum Agreement covering the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons with Morocco's Office National des Hydrocarbures et des Mines (ONHYM) for the Sebou concession in the Rharb Basin.The concession covers an area of more than 269sq km and is for a period of eight years with the right of automatic conversion to a minimum 25 year exploitation period.
