Woodside has gently applied the brakes on its plans for a Tension Leg Platform (TLP) to develop its deepwater Tiof field off Mauritania, while it takes care of a few areas that still need to be resolved before bidding gets underway.The project escaped any delays associated with the Chinguetti project (see 1 September issue).
