Falklands Oil & Gas (FOGL) is planning to drill its first exploration well offshore the Falkland Islands in 2007 after developing a "multi-well drilling pro-gramme"next year.Despite announcing a loss of US 540,000 during the first quarter this year, executive chairman John Armstrong was upbeat about the future.
