Colombia to reoffer 38 blocks

Colombia is gearing up to award 38 small blocks that were handed back by operators.The National Hydrocarbon Agency(ANH)has received offers from 14 oil companies,which would invest up to US 70m in the initial phase,ANH said.ANH will award the blocks on 15 November after evaluating all bids.The firms interested in the 38 blocks include Canadian Gran Tierra Energy and Petrominerales,as well as domestic and other foreign players.
