BG Nigeria deep bonus

BG has paid US 75m to troubled Equator Exploration for a stake in a deepwater block offshore Nigeria.Equator, whose shares are suspended on the UK stock exchange pending news on a reverse takeover, has sold a 20% stake in OPL 323 to BG. The 75m includes both cash and carry on future expenditure. Korea National Oil Corp is the operator of the block with a 60% stake while Equator will retain 9% and the remaining 11% is held by local Nigerian companies.
