NEW INTELLIGENT URBAN ENERGY TOOL WILL MANAGE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF ENTIRE CITIES

摘要

A European FP7 project that will result in a more efficient urban system powered by new and interactive relationships between citizens, energy companies and local government was launched recentlyin Plovdiv (Bulgaria). The iURBAN project will create a smart Decision Support System (smartDSS) to the benefit of urban managers and citizens, that will collect, aggregate and analyse real-time or near real-time data from different end-points in the city and will then suggest actions to optimise or improve the overall energy efficiency at urban scale.
