Helix sells GoM assets

Helix Energy's unit Energy Resource Technology will sell a 30% stake in the Gulf of Mexico Danny Noonan discoveries,as well as its equity in East Cameron Blocks 371 and 381,in two deals worth up to US 185m.The operator said the stakes will be bought by a private independent player for 165m in cash,as well as extra cash payments of up to 20m based upon field production targets.
