Santos spuds Aussie Pecten well

Santos has spudded the Pecten East-1 exploration well in the Vic/P44 concession in the shallow waters of the Otway Basin,Australia.The Pecten East prospect lies around 15km north of the producing Casino gas field at a water depth of 194ft(59m).The well will be drilled to a total measured depth of 6,375ft(1,943m).
