FROM THE PRESIDENT'S OFFICE

Dear friends and professional colleagues, I hope I find you all fit and well as I start to pen my fourth president's page at the end of July/beginning of August. I'm sure many of you will have been or are planning to go on your summer holidays with friends and families to unwind and recharge your batteries. I trust you all enjoy them to the full. It's been a fairly quiet month from a Presidential perspective as my good lady and I have been on a great holiday touring Germany on our motorcycle. We took an overnight ferry from Hull to Zeebrugge and did no more than 250 miles a day as that's all our aging bottoms could stand in the saddle before going numb! We also learned from previous trips and did two-day stopovers in good hotels so we had a day on the bike then a day off sightseeing.
