At Saudi Ammco, it's not just a job; it's sharing the responsibility of bringing energy to the world. Job fairs have become a popular method for enticing new employees to a company. Aramco Services Co. holds eight or more job fairs in North and South America every year. And they're consistently successful, attracting a good number of interview candidates and potential new hires. This might not seem surprising until one realizes that the company is, at any given time, trying to fill around 600 openings for its parent company, Saudi Aramco. And all of those jobs require relocating to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. None of that seemed to faze eager applicants who attended a job fair in Houston in early 2008, nor the numerous employees who volunteered a portion of their weekend to move applicants through the system.
