Sevan's shares soared on the Oslo Bors today despite the company reporting heavy losses in the fourth quarter of 2008. The company said it had received an offer from an industry player for one of its divisions, sending its shares up more than 13% to US $0.93. Sevan said: “The offer, which is subject to documentation and final agreement, represents a purchase price reflecting the book value of the unit.
