ONGC dominates NELP 7

India's state-owned ONGC and its joint venture partners have won the lion's share of blocks offered in the seventh round of India's the New Exploration Licensing Policy(NELP 7),according to reports.ONGC and its allies won 20 of the 57 blocks,while first time bidders BHP Billiton and GVK Power saw their bidding groups land seven deepwater blocks,said officials in a report by the Economic Times.
