Arrow Electronics will bolster its e-scrap collection, data erasure, refurbishment, resale and recycling presence in Europe through the purchase of a U.K.-based company. Arrow purchased RDC, a subsidiary of technology supplier Computacenter UK, for $84 million, according to a company press release. RDC collects e-scrap, erases sensitive data and resells the electronics or recycles the scrap.
