Adenocarcinoma Arising in an Elderly Patient's Large Ileal Duplication.

Digestive tract duplications are rare congenital anomalies usually found in children. Few cases remain undetected until adulthood. Intestinal duplications can occur in any tract of the digestive system, from mouth to anus. Abdominal pain, nausea and/or vomiting, palpable mass, weight loss, and bleeding are the most frequently reported symptoms. Malignancies are rare complications in intestinal duplications and mostly present themselves in the colon.
