This book, Building Defects, is the latest in the Case in Point series from RICS Books. This is a concise reference set of legal casebooks on land- and construction-related topics. For those familiar with this series, the size and layout is the same as the previous titles. Upon reading the title, one's first thoughts are, understandably, that this is yet another pocket-sized defects book detailing damp penetration, or structural defects in buildings. This could not be further from the truth. Furthermore, there is not a single photograph, or drawing in thp honk.
