The original plan had been to bring the 53,000 b/d unit on line in 2010 at the same time as a 60,000 b/d hydrocracker in a bid to boost jet fuel and gas oil output (IOD Jul.22,p7). A spokeswoman said the hydrocracker remains on schedule.
