Petrovietnam hopes to take a final invest- ment decision by the end of 2010 on its first LNG terminal, likely to be built on Phu Long Island off Vung Tau. Bids for the 4 million ton/yr terminal may be invited in 2011, with the $500 million-$700 million Vietnamese project likely to start up by late 2014 or early 2015.
