European refinery utilization edged down slightly in December to 90.1% of capacity from 90.4% in November, industry monitor Euroilstock says.Gasoline production rose 3.8% month-on-month to 3.3 million b/d, but naphtha output slid 9.7% to 795,000 b/d. Middle distillate output increased 0.7% to 6.4 million b/d, while maintenance of upgrading units meant fuel oil stocks rose 2.3% to 1.6 million b/d.
