A rig drilling for natural gas offshore Venezuela sank in the Caribbean sea early on Thursday, less than a month after a deadly explosion in the Gulf of Mexico sank a rig drilling for BP that led to a major oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. All 95 workers on the Venezuelan rig were rescued safely and there was no gas leak, the government said.
