Japan's Crude Imports Fall

Japanese crude imports in October aver- aged 3.393 million b/d, down 5.8% from the same month last year, according to data re- leased Tuesday by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. October imports were 1.5% lower than September volumes at 3.445 million b/d, on a per-day basis.
