Pertamina Eyes Bigger Share

Indonesian state Pertamina is seeking a bigger share in a residue fluid catalytic cracking (RFCC) project at an Indonesian refinery planned jointly with Japanese trading house Mitsui, a top company official said. Pertamina's Chief Executive Karen Agustiawan told reporters earlier this week that the company is reevaluating the business scheme, including the shareholding structure, with an eye to gaining a majority stake.
