Russia's LNG shipments from the state Gazprom-led Sakhalin-2 project are steadily increasing and have already exceeded the forecasts for this year as the country's first gas liquefaction plant in the port of Prigorodnoye - launched in February - is prepared to work at full capacity by the end of next year. Sakhalin-2 operating company Sakhalin Energy said it has already shipped 68 cargoes of LNG from Prigorodnoye, or 9.68 million cubic meters as of Nov. 30, an increase from the earlier outlined target of 55 cargoes in 2009.
