Synthesis and characterization of tetraalkylammonium thiomolybdates and thiotungstates in aqueous solution

摘要

In this work is reported a method for the preparation of (R_4N)_2MS_4 (R = Pr, Oct and M = Mo, W) in aqueous solution. The rapid substitution of (NH_4) salts with [(Pro)_4N] salts, via reaction with (Pro)_4NBr and (Oct)_4NBr is described. Thiomolybdates and thiotungstates characterization was performed using FT IR, UV-Vis spectroscopices and thermogravimetric analysis (TG-DTA).
