Tatarstan-based producer Tatneft is pushing on with plans to expand downstream by entering the retail market in Belarus. Russia's sixth-largest oil firm plans to set up 30 filling stations, the chairman of Belarus' state Belneftekhim, Valery Kazakevich, said Thursday, but didn't specify when. Tatneft now owns 460 stations across Russia.
