Questions of stabilising the quality of mixing,i.e.the homogeneity and uniformity of distribution of the rubber mix components in the rubber,are paramount for ensuring the output of high-quality products at tyre factories and mechanical rubber goods works [1].The developmentof a method thatwill make it possible rapidly and reliably to control and predict the processing and mechanical properties of rubber compounds and will be easy to introduce into production should be based on the following conditions:(1)theoretical soundness;(2)high productivity and speed;(3)the use of standard and readily available equipment [2].
