2015 Marks 40th Anniversary for India's Investment & Precision Castings Ltd.

Investment and Precision Castings Ltd. (IPCL), a pioneer in the investment casting industry in India, will mark its 40th anniversary in 2015. Winner of the International Award in the Investment Casting Institute's casting contest 2014, the company has maintained four decades of leadership in India's growing investment casting industry. Chairman and Managing Director, Piyush Tamboli indicated the company incorporated in April 1975, set up its production later that year in technical collaboration with Arwood International USA, a pioneer of investment casting industry in North America."With this foundation of technical knowledge, we continued to grow in competence and experience and added further technical competence through a collaboration with Furstlich Hohenzollernsche Huttenverwaltung (FHH Zollern Group - Germany) in 1983," Tamboli said. "An additional technical license agreement in 1987 with Associated Foundries Engineering Co. Ltd., Japan, enabled us to produce very large piece, weight investment castings(up to 170 Kg)."
