Decomposition in undercooled liquid and amorphous Co-rich CoSiB and CoSiBFe alloys

摘要

Experimental data are presented on surfaceand bulk crystallization in as-cast and annealedCo-rich CoSiB ribbons with 7 at.% Fe and without Fe.The data suggest that crystallization of the alloysis preceded by phase separation in both theundercooled liquid and amorphous states.
