摘要

This paper is concerned with the calculation of bubbly flow around a hydrofoil (NACA65-010), which is forced to oscillate normal to the uniform flow. An incompressible two-fluid model, expressed in the ALE (Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian) form, is solved by the finite element method using an upstream scheme. The flow field around the hydrofoil changes in accordance with the oscillation of the hydrofoil, and vortices are periodically shed from the trailing edge. The unsteady change in the forces acting on the hydrofoil is clarified, and the relation between the forces and the periodical flow around the hydrofoil is discussed.
