TWO processes for adding a soft touch polyurethane coating to an injection moulding are being championed by Bayer MaterialScience.One involves a second shot from an add-on reaction injection moulding unit -Krauss-Maffei showed a similar set-up at the K2004 exhibition -while the other is soft-touch-on-a-roll,a polycarbonate in-mould applicable film carrying a polyurethane surface.
