UK electric utility SSE and Norwegian oil and gas producer Equinor have announced Onancial close for the third stage of the huge Dogger Bank wind power project off the coast of northeast England. Dogger Bank C will have a capacity of 1.2 gigawatts, like the Orst two phases of the project. Total investment in all three phases is estimated at ￡9 billion ($12 billion).
