Pemex Predicts Lower Output, Financial Stabilization

Mexican national oil company Pemex will see crude output decline almost 9 next year, CEO Jose Antonio Gonzalez Anaya told an audience Thursday in Mexico City. In a meeting called to announce Pemex's fiveyear business plan through 2021, Gonzalez Anaya said the firm expects to produce 1.944 million barrels per day of oil next year. That is down 186,000 b/d from this year's 2.13 million b/d target (OD Apr.29'16).
