IntroductionThe diagnosis of lymphoid malignancies is often challenging in paucicellular specimens. PCR may also be limited by insufficient cells for DNA isolation and incomplete coverage of gene rearrangements. This study aims to evaluate a PCR method for IgH clonality using direct cell lysates.
