Phillips 66 Plans Permian Gathering System

US midstream player and refiner Phillips 66 said this week it is holding an open season to secure binding commitments for a new high-volume Permian Basin gathering system, the Reeves- Odessa Origination (Rodeo) Project. The Rodeo Project’s plans call for a 130-mile crude oil mainline system and multiple laterals to transport crude oil for producers and other shippers in the Delaware Basin, a subbasin of the larger Permian.
